Which units here reach the residency line

Studios start at $145,000 — just under the $150,000 threshold, and the permit is assessed on the certified appraised value, not the contract price, so a studio may land either side of it. One-bedrooms, the one-bedroom Lux at 66 m² and the 88.5 m² two-bedrooms all clear it comfortably.

So the honest answer is not “Radisson qualifies” or “Radisson does not”. It is: tell me your budget and I will send you the specific units in this building that appraise above $150,000, and the ones that do not. Then remember the second condition — handover is May 2027, and nothing counts until the title is registered in your name.
