Privacy Policy

Patroni Georgia (“we”, “us”) runs patronigeorgia.com and the Patroni Georgia app. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and how to make us delete it — nothing here is written to be skimmed past.
What we collect
- An account, if you make one: your name, email address, and password (see below for how that is stored).
- A telephone number, only if you choose to add one — used to show it to signed-in buyers on listings you post, nothing else.
- The text, photographs and videos you submit when you post a listing.
- Nothing else. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics. We do not know which pages you looked at before you signed up.
Passwords
We never store your password itself — only a salted, one-way cryptographic hash (PBKDF2-SHA256, 150,000 iterations) that cannot be reversed back into the password.
Why we collect it
To run the account itself (signing you in, remembering your listings), to show your telephone number to a signed-in buyer on a listing you posted, and to let a person — Mubarak — read and approve a listing before it appears publicly. We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not build a profile of you.
Who we share it with
Nobody, and we do not sell it. The site runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, KV and R2 storage) — Cloudflare processes and stores the data on our behalf as our hosting provider, the same way any website's host does, and does not use it for its own purposes. WhatsApp and Telegram messages you choose to send us are covered by those apps' own privacy policies, not this one.
Deleting your data
Delete your account yourself, any time, from the app or from this page — it removes your profile, your stored password hash, every listing you posted with its photographs and videos, and signs out every device. It is immediate and there is no copy kept afterward.
Children
This service is for adults buying or renting property and booking tours. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects changes, this page changes with it on the same day — there is no separate version history to hunt through.
