Gudauri has no published dates or prices yet for this winter

As of early October the mountain resorts authority had not published opening dates or a 2026-27 price list for Gudauri. Dates are normally announced in mid-December, and last season ran from 27 December to 19 April. Until the new list appears, the 2025-26 tariff is the only published reference: 70 lari for an adult day pass, 340 lari for six days, and 650 lari for a season pass covering all four state resorts.
What is known and what is not
Nothing official had been published for 2026-27 as of 4 October, and the guide's own price checks on 12 September and 4 October both came back with the previous season's list still in place. The pattern of recent years is an announcement in mid-December with the first lifts turning in the last week of the month. That is late for anyone booking flights and accommodation from abroad, which is the practical problem: the resort's calendar is confirmed after the travel decision has to be made.
Last season's prices, as a planning figure
On the 2025-26 list an adult day pass was 70 lari and a child pass for ages six to twelve was 35 lari. Multi-day passes ran 140 lari for two days, 200 for three, 260 for four, 300 for five and 340 for six. A seven-day-in-a-season pass was 370 lari and ten days 460 lari. A season pass valid at all four resorts was 650 lari. Night skiing on the Pirveli slope was 30 lari. The reloadable multicard the system requires costs 5 lari and is refundable. Treat all of these as last year's numbers, not this year's.
The mountain itself, which does not change
What is fixed is the terrain. Gudauri has 34.8 kilometres of marked runs — 4.6 kilometres easy, 19.4 intermediate and 10.8 difficult — served by 17 lifts. The village sits at roughly 2,200 metres, the lift system runs from 1,993 metres to a top station at 3,279 metres, and the vertical drop is 1,283 metres. For an operator selling packages, that profile is the part you can describe with confidence while the dates and tariff are still unpublished; the rest is better quoted as subject to confirmation in December.
